This page sets out the regulatory registrations held by FastXE's group entities, together with related disclosures provided for transparency. The information is provided for general informational purposes and does not in itself constitute an offer to provide regulated financial services.

1. Company Information
1.1. FastXE operates through group entities in more than one jurisdiction:

1.4. FastXE is the rebranded successor to Fastvault LTD, an Ontario-incorporated entity that was acquired and rebranded as FastXE. The corporate name change from FASTVAULT LTD. to FASTXE INC. took effect on 11 March 2026.
2. Canadian Money Services Business Registration
2.1. FastXE is registered as a Canadian Money Services Business with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, known as FINTRAC:

3.3. FinCEN registration does not constitute government approval, endorsement, a banking license, a deposit-taking license, or confirmation that customer funds are insured. FinCEN registration does not replace any applicable state licensing requirement.
4. Previous Company Name
4.1. The FINTRAC registration was originally issued under the entity's previous name, Fastvault LTD. Fastvault LTD was subsequently acquired and rebranded as FastXE.
4.2. A request has been submitted to FINTRAC to update the name displayed on the public registry. Until that update is completed, registration number C10001279 may continue to appear under the name Fastvault LTD.
4.3. Fastvault LTD and FastXE refer to the same registered business for the purposes of this registration.
5. Verifying the Registration
5.1. Customers may verify the registration through FINTRAC's public Money Services Business registry, searching for previous registered name "Fastvault LTD" or registration number C10001279: FINTRAC MSB Registry
6. Meaning of FINTRAC Registration
6.1. FINTRAC registration means that FastXE is registered as a Canadian Money Services Business and is subject to applicable Canadian anti-money-laundering and anti-terrorist-financing obligations.
6.2. Registration does not constitute:
- 6.2.1. An endorsement of FastXE by FINTRAC
- 6.2.2. Approval of every FastXE product
- 6.2.3. A guarantee of FastXE's services
- 6.2.4. Deposit insurance
- 6.2.5. Investor protection
- 6.2.6. A guarantee against losses
- 6.2.7. A recommendation to use FastXE
7. Service Providers
7.1. FastXE may use third-party providers to support payment accounts, virtual IBANs, card issuing, custody, identity verification, banking connectivity and other services.
7.2. The legal entity providing a particular regulated service may vary based on:
- 7.2.1. The product
- 7.2.2. The customer's location
- 7.2.3. The currency
- 7.2.4. The payment route
- 7.2.5. The applicable service agreement
- 7.2.6. The provider supporting the service
7.3. Where required, the relevant provider and product-specific regulatory information will be disclosed during onboarding, in the application terms or before the customer uses the applicable service.
7.4. Registration or authorisation applying to a provider does not automatically apply to FastXE or to every FastXE product.
8. FastXE Is Not a Bank
8.1. FastXE is not a bank.
8.2. References on the website to "banking", "accounts", "banking infrastructure" or similar expressions describe FastXE's technology and the financial functionality available through FastXE and its service providers. These references do not mean that FastXE is a licensed deposit-taking bank.
8.3. Where an account or payment service is provided by a regulated third party, the relevant provider's legal terms and disclosures will apply.
9. Customer Funds and Deposit Protection
9.1. The treatment and protection of customer funds depends on the provider, product and jurisdiction involved.
9.2. Funds held through a payment or electronic-money provider may be subject to safeguarding or other regulatory requirements. Safeguarding is not the same as bank-deposit insurance.
9.3. Unless expressly confirmed for a particular banking product, funds are not protected by:
- 9.3.1. The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme
- 9.3.2. The Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation
- 9.3.3. The United States Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
- 9.3.4. Any equivalent deposit-protection scheme
9.4. Customers should review the product-specific terms before depositing or transferring funds.
10. Cryptoasset Risks
10.1. Cryptoassets involve significant risk. Their value can rise or fall rapidly, and customers may lose some or all of the value of their cryptoassets.
10.2. Cryptoasset transactions may be irreversible. Network congestion, protocol failures, cybersecurity incidents, fraud, operational issues and regulatory changes may cause delays or losses.
10.3. Protections applying to traditional financial products may not apply to cryptoasset services.
10.4. FastXE does not provide cryptoasset services to retail or corporate customers resident in the United Kingdom. FastXE also does not provide customer-facing digital asset services, wallets, conversions or transfers to customers located or established in the European Union.
11. No Financial Advice
11.1. Information published by FastXE is provided for general informational purposes. FastXE does not provide investment, legal, tax or personalised financial advice unless expressly agreed through a separate authorised service.
11.2. Nothing on the website constitutes:

13. Complaints
13.1. Customers should first submit complaints to our support team, including full name, registered email address, a description of the issue, relevant transaction references, supporting evidence, and the resolution requested: [email protected]
13.2. Where a regulated third-party provider is responsible for the affected service, FastXE may refer the complaint to that provider or explain how the customer can contact it directly.
13.3. Eligibility for an external dispute-resolution service depends on the relevant provider, product and jurisdiction.
